Kaleigh + Hunter Wedding Ceremony at The Glass House, Scottsboro

This special couple became acquainted through a summer camp that both Kaleigh and Hunter attended for several years. And over the next several years, that friendship blossomed into something much more. This day, June 26 was the day both of them had dreamed of and waited for. This day, June 26, was the day that Kaleigh and Hunter announced to the world that were no longer two, but one – that they did, in fact, belong to each other. I can’t remember when I have been so touched while working on the design of a boutonniere for a groom. Hunter’s father had passed and Kaleigh wanted to honor Hunter’s father on their special day. To surprise her sweet groom, Kaleigh requested that I incorporate Hunter’s Dad’s fireman’s badge into the design of his boutonniere. Does it get any sweeter, ya’ll? The photo below shows the reaction of Hunter’s grandparents when they realized Hunter was wearing his dad’s, their son’s fireman badge. Such a precious, precious moment that will forever stay with this flower lady.
